I do not use instagram or blogs now for a long time. I have one old valid Insta account, but rarely look at it and do not use it for business. . any new followers, contacts in past couple of years is NOT ME!
I CAN SAFELY be reached via the valid contacts page and emails on this site.  Any contact from an instagram or blog is fraud. someone is trying to scam people in my name. thank you!
